Terms and Conditions

• Once donating for it No refunds are possible from our ends
• Your donation will be used for planting the trees mentioned in the description, the best diversity.
• Any tree among the list is planting in available land
• Every donation is strictly for reforestation or tree plantation efforts.
• In case we receive more money then all the donation is use for planting tree. But we might not have access of land from municipal corporation or forest department.
• So the funds will reserve & use for future whenever we have access of land.
• Our first initiates is in Gujarat & that’s why we selected local plants for it .
• The plants may change listed above as promote “Biodiversity” in case we get access of different habitat access from forest department or any other state’s municipal corporation lands.
• We encouraging questioning of your donation & we are answerable to question for the plantation & we will communicate clearly for your donation & its impact too.
• Access of land is not our control. So questioning after having fund which is reserve for future purpose may not have concrete answer as it is not in our control. But believe us we want with heartily to plant a tree ASAP from our end.
• Any calamity or natural disasters are also not in our hands to control as well. So after planting a trees in any geography may destroy or damage of our lovely trees unfortunately. At that time also we cannot do anything & not answerable & we release post for that on our social media handles as well.
